Work Details
The contractor will provide on-site preventative maintenance for one (1) Agilent HPLC-MSMS 6470 Analytical Instrument System, which includes: - All parts and supplies needed for service or repair must be included. - All parts provided must be new OEM parts, except for the rough pump and quad drivers which can be new or rebuilt (if rebuilt, they must be certified). - Telephone support to isolate and resolve hardware/software problems with a guaranteed response time not exceeding two hours during business hours (CST 8:00am to 5:00pm). - On-site hardware troubleshooting and repair with a standard response time of no more than two business days following identification of need. - Unlimited visits as needed throughout the contract period. - One comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) for the entire system equivalent to Agilent’s standard PM Checklist, including inspections and replacements of various components such as pump seals, filters, and cleaning of the mass spec ion source. - Documentation detailing all service work done and verification that the instrument is operating properly after service.

The contract will be performed over a period of one year from the date of award.
