Contract Requirements

- Bids must be sealed and clearly marked on the outside as Bid on Pest Control, June 30, 2026. - Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. - Specifications for the pest control services are available electronically and can be obtained from the Purchasing Department. - All vendors, whether submitting bids electronically, by mail, or by hand delivery, must provide the same required documents. - Bids may be submitted electronically at www.centralbidding.com in accordance with Louisiana RS 38:2212. - The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality.
