Background

The Gwinnett County Department of Financial Services is seeking informal written quotations from qualified suppliers for the purchase of Pepperball launchers and projectiles. The goal is to acquire specific types of Pepperball products that meet the operational needs of these agencies.

Work Details

The contract involves the supply of the following items: 1. PepperBall INERT Powder Projectiles – 3000 Ct.; Item # 100-01-0579 or approved equivalent - Quantity: 10 EA 2. PepperBall LIVE-X PAVA Powder Projectiles – 375 Ct.; Item # 104-81-0375 or approved equivalent - Quantity: 32 EA (packaged in a clear plastic jar) 3. PepperBall LIVE-MAXX Pava Powder Projectiles – 375 Ct.; Item # 13757 or approved equivalent - Quantity: 2 EA (packaged in a clear plastic jar) 4. PepperBall TAC-SA PRO – Semi Auto – Yellow Soft Case, Twist Lock Gravity Hopper, and Reflex Sight; Round projectiles only, CO or HPA capable; Item # 721-03-0005 or approved equivalent - Quantity: 4 EA All unit prices must include all costs associated with this purchase, including delivery. Delivery is required between 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.

Period of Performance

Delivery of products is expected to occur after receipt of order, with specific timelines to be agreed upon during the quotation process.

Place of Performance

Delivery will be F.O.B. Destination to Fire Supply, located at 450 Hosea Rd, Lawrenceville, GA 30046.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must not be on the Gwinnett County ineligible source list and are encouraged to begin the vendor registration process. Additionally, vendors are required to provide samples for equivalency determination at their expense within seven business days if requested.
