Radiation Safety Dosimetry Services

Background

The University of Minnesota is seeking proposals for Radiation Safety Dosimetry Services to support approximately 1,500 wearers and manage upwards of 3,000 individual dosimeters. The goal of this contract is to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements while providing effective dosimetry services.

Work Details

The scope of work includes the integration of digital and passive dosimeters supported by a centralized online management system. The contractor will provide comprehensive customer support and standardized report generation tailored to meet all regulatory standards. Specific tasks include issuing dosimeters to monitored wearers at the University and two M Health Fairview Medical Centers.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed at the University of Minnesota and two M Health Fairview Medical Centers.

Bidder Requirements

Respondents must adhere to the University’s sourcing process, which includes submitting proposals electronically via the MBID system. There are no specific set-aside certifications or local requirements.
