Background

The Tennessee Department of Tourist Development is seeking quotes for the provision of various signage as part of their initiative to enhance tourist experiences in the state. The goal of this contract is to furnish and deliver specific types of signs that will be installed at designated locations, contributing to the overall mission of promoting tourism in Tennessee.

Work Details

The contractor will provide the following signage: 1) One (1) Monument Sign, 2) One (1) Directional Sign, 3) One (1) Kiosk Sign, 4) Three (3) Banner Signs, 5) One (1) Selfie Sign, 6) One (1) Frame Sign, and 7) One (1) Cut-out Sign. Each sign must meet the specifications outlined in the attached documents and be delivered and installed by specified deadlines.

Period of Performance

The installation of the Monument Sign is required by July 22, 2026. All other signs must be installed by August 22, 2026.

Place of Performance

The signs will be installed at various locations as specified in the attached map and documentation provided by the Tennessee Department of Tourist Development.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must confirm their ability to meet installation deadlines for both the Monument Sign and other signage. Additionally, bidders are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance, Revenue Registration Exemption, and a W-9 form during the award process.
