Contract Requirements

- Attendance at a mandatory pre-submittal meeting is required. This meeting will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at the Pleasant Valley Branch Library (5568 S Adams Ave, Washington Terrace, Utah 84405). - Following the required meeting to review the RFP, interested bidders will have the opportunity to tour the project site. - After the mandatory meeting, all questions regarding the project must be submitted through Bonfire. Responses to all questions will also be provided via the Bonfire platform.
