Riverdale City - 300 West Reconstruction Project - Riverdale Rd to Northern City Limits

Background

The 300 West Reconstruction Project is initiated by Riverdale City, located in Utah. The project aims to enhance the infrastructure along 300 West Street from Riverdale Road to the northern city limits. The goal is to improve road safety and accessibility for residents and visitors.

Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services necessary for the construction of the project. Key tasks include: - Mobilization - Obtaining all required bonds and insurance - Traffic control and UDOT permits - Removal of existing curb & gutter, sidewalk, concrete flat work, driveway approaches, asphalt and roadbase, storm water pipes and inlets - Installation of new curb & gutter, sidewalk, ADA-compliant handicap ramps, driveways, concrete storm drain pipes - Forming concrete inlets and junction boxes - Asphalt and roadbase surfacing - Striping - Miscellaneous landscaping - All appurtenant work as detailed in the Drawings and Specifications prepared by CEC, Civil Engineering Consultants.

Period of Performance

The contract work is expected to be completed by October 1st, 2026 after the Notice to Proceed is issued.

Place of Performance

The project will take place on 300 West Street in Riverdale City from Riverdale Road north to the city limits.

Bidder Requirements

Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check amounting to 5% of the maximum bid price. All bids must conform to the Instructions to Bidders and shall be guaranteed for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of Bid Opening.
