YVC - Hopf Union Building (HUB) Roof, Yakima, WA

Background

The project is for the YVC - Hopf Union Building (HUB) Roof located at Yakima Valley College, managed by the Facility Professional Services (FPS) of the Department of Enterprise Services. The goal of this contract is to replace or repair the roof of the Hopf Union Building to ensure its structural integrity and functionality.

Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of roofing work on the Hopf Union Building, which may include but is not limited to: - Removal of existing roofing materials - Installation of new roofing systems - Ensuring compliance with local building codes - Adhering to prevailing wage rates as mandated by Washington State. The estimated bid cost range for this project is between $350,000.00 and $405,000.00.

Period of Performance

The contract work is expected to commence after the bid opening on July 9, 2026, with specific timelines to be determined based on project requirements and contractor availability.
