Background

The City of Charlotte is issuing a Request for Quote for an informal construction project aimed at enhancing pedestrian infrastructure. Work Details

The travel lanes in this area will be milled and repainted, and grading will be conducted behind the sidewalk. The contractor must provide a turnkey project as indicated in the drawings and specifications included in the bid documents. Compliance with all local, state, and national codes and regulations is required, including adherence to ADA requirements.

The contract period is set for 183 calendar days from the date of award.

Bidder Requirements
