Maintenance of vessel readiness for missions as specified in Task Orders. 4. Provision of additional vessels and crews if required due to conflicts or mechanical issues. 5. Engineering services for alterations to support project missions, including structural and mechanical modifications. 6. Logistics support for mobilization/demobilization activities, including loading/unloading equipment. 7. Data acquisition and reporting during missions. 8. Provisioning meals for crew and project personnel during operations at sea or in port. Period of Performance The contract will cover a period of 5 years (1825 days) with operational days estimated at approximately 145 days in-port and 220 days at-sea each year. Place of Performance Primarily in coastal waters of California, Oregon, and Washington; however, operations may extend to other areas as required.
