NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE AND SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: The NAICS code for this requirement is 238220, with a corresponding size standard of $19 million. SET-ASIDE: This acquisition is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Quotations will only be accepted from SDVOSB. Quotations received from concerns that are not SDVOSB will be considered non-responsive and will be rejected.

PROCUREMENT TYPE

The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed-price purchase order resulting from this solicitation. Evaluation for award will be made in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures outlined in RFO FAR Part 12.203. The Government anticipates issuing an order from this request for quotation to the responsible quoter whose quotation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered as listed in the solicitation. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation. All costs associated with the preparation of quotes are at the contractor's own expense.

At the RSV Dormitory: Similar tasks as above with specific attention to Title 24 compliance for duct work. 4. At Diamond X Ranch House: Labor and materials for HVAC installation as specified in the SOW.
