Background The Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC) is seeking to procure non-personal healthcare services for two Obstetrician/Gynecologist (OB/GYN) Physicians to support the OB/GYN department. This solicitation is part of an initiative to enhance healthcare services provided to the community, aligning with the mission of the NNMC to deliver quality medical care. Work Details The contractor shall provide non-personal healthcare services for two OB/GYN Physicians, with a total of 1040 hours per physician. The services required include: 1. Base Period: Non-Personal Healthcare Services for Two OB/GYN Physicians for the OB/GYN Department. 2. Option Period 1: Continuation of services for Two OB/GYN Physicians for the OB/GYN Department. 3. Option Period 2: Continued services for Two OB/GYN Physicians for the OB/GYN Department. 4. Option Period 3: Continued services for Two OB/GYN Physicians for the OB/GYN Department. 5. Option Period 4: Continued services for Two OB/GYN Physicians for the OB/GYN Department. All services must be provided in accordance with Attachment A - Performance Work Statement. Period of Performance The period of performance includes a base period from July 13, 2026, to January 12, 2027, followed by four option periods each lasting from January 13 to July 12 of subsequent years until January 12, 2029. They are required to have relevant experience in providing healthcare services and must comply with all applicable licensing and certification requirements necessary to operate as healthcare providers.
