Description of Services Required

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has a requirement for commercial vegetative management and aerial (helicopter) herbicide application services at the Wilson Lake Project in Sylvan Grove, KS. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, and materials to aerially spot-spray up to 450 acres of invasive Phragmites sp. across approximately 50 miles of shoreline. Required materials include contractor-furnished, aquaticlabeled Imazapyr and Methylated Seed Oil (MSO). The anticipated Period of Performance is 10 July through 15 October This solicitation and the resulting award incorporate one or more provisions and clauses by reference, carrying the same legal force as if provided in full text. The Contracting Officer will provide full versions upon request. Contractors are advised that certain provisions include data blocks that must be completed and submitted with the quotation.
