This is a non-personal services contract to provide Martin Army Community Hospital (MACH) security services on and to Lenel equipment, indoor/outdoor security cameras, access control locks, magnetic door locks, cabling, monitors, Dell made server running Lenel software, and displays vital to the Lenel OnGuardTM security system. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor, in turn, shall be accountable to the Government for Contractor or subcontractor personnel.

The contract aims to maintain and enhance the security systems at MACH and its associated facilities. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing a range of services including: 1. Providing one Lenel certified security technician for 16 hours per week (totaling 832 hours per year) for maintenance and emergency services. 2. Providing one Lenel certified systems engineer once per month for 8 hours to assist with integration and maintenance. 3. Holding $4,000 in reserve for equipment repair or replacement, with unused funds returned at the end of the contract. 4. Allocating $2,400 for lift rentals as needed. 5. Ensuring all equipment meets MACH requirements and maintaining communication with MACH's IMD service to prevent delays. 6. Providing additional service hours for emergency calls as authorized by the Contracting Officer (KO). 7. Maintaining a two-hour response time for emergency service requests from within 130 miles of the hospital. Period of Performance The contract period is from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027, with four option years available. Place of Performance The services will be performed at Martin Army Community Hospital and associated clinics located at Fort Benning, Georgia. Bidder Requirements Bidders must be small businesses as this opportunity is set aside for small business participation. Additionally, contractors must possess a SECRET facility clearance from the Defense Security Service and ensure that all personnel performing work under this contract also hold SECRET level security clearances.
