This Solicitation notice is being issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD), on behalf of the Naval Foundry Propeller Center (NFPC). The Government is seeking information regarding the procurement of engineering services to support NFPC through ISO 9001 certification. Specifications are listed in the attached Statement of Work and Request for Quotation (RFQ). NSWCPD will only accept unclassified, electronic submissions. Please see the RFQ Section L for submission instructions. Please be advised that in Section L 1.1 Submission of Questions the deadline for receipt of questions is listed as 13 May 2026. This is incorrect. The deadline for receipt of questions is going to be 4 June 2026. Everything else in the RFQ is accurate.

Conducting an internal audit of facility processes biannually for three years post-certification. 3. Scheduling and coordinating an ISO 9001 certification audit by June 2026, including payment for auditor fees. 4.
