Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail) This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on prior awards for Merrisach Lake/Park attendant services at the same general location. Specifically, contracts W9127S23P0058 (awardee Richard Wright, $59,510; 05/01/23–02/28/26) and W9127S25P0037 (awardee John Leonard Callahan, $22,100; 04/11/25–03/31/26) both cover park attendant duties such as surveillance/tours, gatehouse operations, fee collection, and facility cleaning/reporting. The current requirement for park attendant services at the Pine Bluff Site Office for Merrisach Lake Park is consistent with these earlier efforts and reads like a continuation of the same recurring site support function.
