Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail) This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on prior award W9127822C0005, awarded to East O&M for $11,536,225 covering 04/01/22–03/31/27. The prior work involved operation and maintenance of government-owned facilities and equipment at the West Point Lake Project in Georgia and Alabama, including maintenance/repair of buildings and infrastructure (roads, fences, gatehouses, water/electrical systems), custodial and waste services, landscaping and debris removal, and related visitor/recreation facility support. The task areas described for the current West Point Project O&M effort closely mirror this same scope and facility/equipment set, suggesting continuity of the maintenance program.
