The prior work involved operation and maintenance of government-owned facilities and equipment at the West Point Lake Project in Georgia and Alabama, including maintenance/repair of buildings and infrastructure (roads, fences, gatehouses, water/electrical systems), custodial and waste services, landscaping and debris removal, and related visitor/recreation facility support. The task areas described for the current West Point Project O&M effort closely mirror this same scope and facility/equipment set, suggesting continuity of the maintenance program.
