Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail) This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on contract M6700125P0001 awarded to Skookum Educational Programs (value $5,812,666) for “Base Transportation Operations and Maintenance” covering 01/01/25–12/31/26. The prior work aligns closely with the current PWS requirements for transportation maintenance and operations support, including dispatching/vehicle operations and maintenance activities, which suggests the new effort may be a continuation or follow-on of the same base transportation operations function.
