Electrical Repairs and Installation Services

Background

The Township of Wayne, New Jersey, is seeking bids for open-ended Electrical Repairs and Installation Services to be performed at various locations throughout the Township. The goal of this contract is to meet the electrical repair and installation needs of the Township efficiently and effectively.

Work Details

The contractor will provide electrical repairs and installation services as required by the Township. This includes but is not limited to: maintenance work on existing facilities, installation of new electrical systems, troubleshooting electrical issues, and ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations. The contractor must adhere to New Jersey prevailing wage laws as determined by the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon award and is expected to continue for an open-ended duration as needed by the Township, with no minimum purchase guarantee.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed at various locations throughout Wayne Township, New Jersey.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with several requirements including: registration with the State of New Jersey as a public works contractor; possession of a Business Registration Certificate (BRC); submission of an Ownership Disclosure Certification; compliance with New Jersey Law Against Discrimination; and adherence to all applicable local, state, and federal laws. Additionally, bidders must submit a Non-Collusion Affidavit with their proposal.
