Key responsibilities include: - Developing a project delivery schedule and validating financial feasibility. - Preparing a comprehensive program for the Owner and UNG. - Implementing cost management strategies to track decisions impacting costs. - Coordinating with user-group representatives during design development. - Providing construction administration services to monitor construction activities affecting cost, schedule, and quality. - Ensuring compliance with sustainable design requirements as per the Energy Efficiency & Sustainable Construction Act of 2008. - Managing the final punch list and ensuring all documentation is complete at occupancy.
