Background

Work Details

The contractor will provide Family Assistance Program Services which include: 1. Direct Family Assistance - billed at a proposed unit rate per hour, with an estimated annual cost allocation of $10,000 for transportation. 2. Parenting Time Support - billed at a proposed unit rate per hour. The contractor must complete a pricing schedule detailing the unit rates for each service, taking into account all direct and indirect costs related to service provision, including mandated insurance costs. The total proposed amounts for units and actual cost components must not exceed the maximum annual award of $50,000 for each year of the contract.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed over a period of three years, starting from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2029.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed in Alcona and Iosco Counties, Michigan.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must submit a pricing schedule in a modifiable format (e.g., Microsoft Word or Excel) and may also include a non-modifiable format (e.g., PDF). Bidders must certify that their pricing was determined independently without consultation with other contractors. Additionally, bidders are required to account for travel costs incurred while providing services under this contract according to state reimbursement rates.
