Camden County College is seeking proposals for Background Check Services as part of its procurement process. The goal of this contract is to ensure thorough background checks are conducted for various purposes within the college, aligning with their mission to maintain a safe and secure environment for students and staff.

Work Details

The contract involves the furnishing, delivery, and/or installation of Background Check Services. Bidders must provide detailed specifications and pricing for individual items and separate groups. All prices quoted must include freight, handling, and delivery charges. Provisions of the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act will apply to contracts requiring installation.

Period of Performance

The contract period is expected to commence upon award and will continue as specified in the bidding documents, with proposals due by June 25, 2026.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at Camden County College located at 200 College Dr., Blackwood, New Jersey 08012.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with P.L. 1975 Chapter 127 (Affirmative Action Law) and P.L. 77, C.33. Bid security as specified in the bidding documents is required with each proposal.
