Roadway Reconstruction and Widening with Curb, Gutter, ADA Ramps, Sidewalks, and Storm Water Improvements

For the work of reconstructing and widening the roadway to three lanes with curb, gutter, and ADA compliant pedestrian ramps and sidewalk on both sides. The improvements include storm water improvements with infiltrators designed to City of Blackfoot standards.
