Background

The Maryland Office of the Public Defender is issuing this Purchase Order Request for Proposals (PORFP) under the Hardware and Associated Equipment and Services (HW) 2012 Master Contract. The goal of this contract is to procure hardware and associated services specifically from authorized Master Contractors, focusing on Cohesity products. This procurement is designated as a Small Business Reserve, limiting eligibility to certified small business vendors.

Work Details

The contract includes the provision of Cohesity products and services, specifically: 1. Cohesity DataProtect Service Subscription (1 TB) for backup and recovery across on-premises and cloud workloads, with a quantity of 140 TB for a duration of 12 months. 2. Cohesity SmartFiles Service Subscription (1 TB) for file and object services across on-premises and cloud workloads, with a quantity of 25 TB for a duration of 12 months. 3. Premium support for C6025-10G-SFP-1 with a quantity of 4 units for a duration of 12 months.

Period of Performance

The period of performance for the contract is from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027.

Place of Performance

The work will be performed at 989 Corporate Blvd Suite A Linthicum Heights, MD 21090.

Bidder Requirements

Only Master Contractors awarded under the Hardware and Associated Equipment and Services (HW) 2012 are eligible to submit bids. Bidders must be certified small businesses under the GOSBA Small Business Reserve Program. Additionally, bidders must provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the manufacturer or distributor if requested.
