Professional Engineering Services for Town of Granby

Background

The Town of Granby is seeking proposals from Connecticut licensed professional engineers to support the planning, design, and construction of various municipal projects. The goal of this contract is to enhance community infrastructure, specifically focusing on athletic facilities and public amenities.

Work Details

The contractor will provide services for the following projects: 1) Planning, design, and construction of a replacement athletic/running track at the high school/middle school complex. 2) Construction of adjacent baseball and softball fields at the same complex. 3) On-call engineering services including: a) Construction of a year-round bathroom at Salmon Brook Park. b) Construction of pickleball courts at Salmon Brook Park. c) Assessment and administration of a sewer pump maintenance project. d) Other civil engineering tasks associated with municipal capital infrastructure.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence on June 11, 2026, and conclude on July 24, 2026.

Place of Performance

The work will be performed in Granby, Connecticut, specifically at the high school/middle school complex and Salmon Brook Park.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be licensed professional engineers in Connecticut.
