Security Services Contract

Background

The Salem Area Mass Transit District (SAMTD) intends to establish a contract for security services under the authority of Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) 279B.085 and ORS 279B.130 through 279B.145. This procurement is part of the Oregon Forward Program, which allows public entities to utilize price agreements established by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services (DAS) for Qualified Rehabilitation Facilities (QRFs). The goal of this contract is to provide professional onsite facility security services, access control, and screening operations.

Work Details

The contractor, DPI Security Inc, will provide professional onsite facility security services, access control, and screening operations as outlined in the master price agreement statement of work. The total estimated contract value is $304,000.00.

Period of Performance

The anticipated contract term is from July 1, 2026, through July 1, 2027, with four option years available.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at SAMTD facilities in Oregon.

Bidder Requirements

DPI Security Inc is a certified QRF vendor in good standing and possesses the specialized personnel and training infrastructure necessary to meet SAMTD's unique transit facility security requirements.
