- Proposals must be sealed and clearly marked on the outside as: Request for Proposal on Reading Management Software Program, July 16, 2026 . - All proposals will be evaluated based on both quality and price; the contract will not necessarily be awarded to the lowest bidder. - The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities. - Specifications for the contract can be obtained from the Superintendent's Office.

- Proposals may be submitted electronically via www.centralbidding.com in accordance with Louisiana RS 38:2212. - Vendors submitting electronically must provide the same documents as those submitting by mail or hand delivery. - All proposals must be received by the deadline stated above.
