Work Details

The contractor will operate, maintain, and invest in the newly constructed tennis facility at Margaret Allen Middle School. Responsibilities include full upkeep, repairs, and regular maintenance at no cost to MNPS. The contractor will also have access to use the courts for approved programming. Services will be requested by Purchase Order on an as-needed basis, with no minimum guarantee of goods or services ordered from the contractor.

Period of Performance

The contract term will begin on a specified date and may extend up to sixty (60) months with written amendment by all parties involved.

The services will be performed at the Margaret Allen Middle School Tennis Court Facility located in Nashville, Tennessee.

Bidder Requirements

The contractor must possess all necessary licenses, permissions, certifications, and legal qualifications to perform under this contract. Additionally, proof of insurance must be provided naming MNPS as an additional insured party.
