Background

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services: 1. Case Management 2. Housing Assistance 3. Employment Support Services The expected deliverables include: - 768 units of service annually from Placement of Love Housing LLC versus 391 units from Orchards Children’s Services. - Proposed clients are 15 annually for Placement of Love Housing LLC and 102 annually for Orchards Children’s Services. - Total units expected are 2,304 from Placement of Love Housing LLC and 1,173 from Orchards Children’s Services. - Total clients anticipated are 45 for Placement of Love Housing LLC and 306 for Orchards Children’s Services.
Period of Performance
