Spokane County is seeking to retain the services of a qualified and experienced engineering consulting firm to provide on-call support for its stormwater program. The scope of work includes: - Supporting stormwater research projects, including proposal preparation, development of Quality Assurance plans, implementation of research activities, and preparation of progress and final reports. - Assisting with stormwater basin or problem area studies and capital facility plans. - Updating procedures, processes, and related documentation. - Preparing and following up on grant applications. - Providing design and construction support for stormwater facilities. - Supporting NPDES permit compliance, which may involve GIS mapping of stormwater structures and watersheds, developing educational and outreach materials (including web-based content), stormwater project design, and other related tasks.
