Procurement of 50-200 Interactive Flat Panels with Installation, Supplies, Delivery, and Warranty

DeSoto County Schools is seeking bids for the procurement of 50 to 200 Interactive Flat Panels. The scope of work includes: - Supply of Interactive Flat Panels (quantity range: 50-200) - Installation of panels, including all necessary installation supplies - Delivery of all units - Provision of warranty for the panels All systems offered must meet or exceed the provided specifications. Bids may be rejected if there are alterations to warranty or shipment specifications.

Background

This solicitation is for a competitive bid process to equip DeSoto County Schools with Interactive Flat Panels. The bid will remain valid until June 30, 2027, and the bid price must be honored through this date.

Contract Requirements

- Shipping costs must be included in the bid price. - The winning vendor must accept purchase orders. - The winning vendor must accept 45-day net pay terms. - The Interactive Flat Panels offered must be the specified model or an equivalent or better model that meets the listed specifications. - If bidding an equivalent or better model, detailed specifications must be included with the Unpriced Proposal.

Instructions on Submission

- Unpriced Proposals are due by 10:30 am CST, June 29, 2027. - Specifications for any equivalent or better model must be submitted with the Unpriced Proposal. Failure to include these specifications may result in exclusion from the reverse auction. - A reverse auction is scheduled for July 2, 2026, at 11:30 am. The auction will have two line items: one for the interactive panel with wall installation, and one for the interactive panel with a cart. - Anti-sniping will not be enabled during the auction. - All prices must include delivery and installation, if applicable.
