The work includes but is not limited to: - Removing, replacing, and repairing various types of flooring materials such as ceramic tiles, rubber tiles, vinyl composition tiles, carpet tiles, and resilient wall bases. - Providing written estimates for projects within 7 business days of service requests. - Completing urgent projects within 2 hours of notification if necessary. - All work must meet applicable trade standards and be approved by the College's Facility Services Representative before commencement.

Period of Performance

The contract term is from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with options to renew for up to two additional twelve-month periods if mutually agreed upon.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed at Delgado Community College locations in New Orleans, Louisiana. These include: - City Park Campus (615 City Park Ave) - West Bank Campus (2600 General Meyer Ave) - Marine Fire School (13200 Old Gentilly Road) - River City Site (709 Churchill Parkway) - Sidney Collier Site (3727 Louisa Street) Additional sites may be added during the contract period.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be commercially licensed by the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors with at least eight years of experience in flooring maintenance. They must have completed similar work for three or more large institutional or commercial facilities. Additionally, bidders must hold a Flooring and Decking License for commercial work and be registered with the Louisiana Secretary of State. Documentation verifying experience must be submitted with the bid.
