SECC Campaign Fiscal Agent & Campaign Administration

Background

The State of Indiana is seeking qualified vendors to serve as the Fiscal and Technical Administrator for the State Employees’ Community Campaign (SECC). This initiative aims to enhance community engagement and support among state employees through charitable contributions.

Work Details

The selected vendor will be responsible for managing the fiscal and technical aspects of the SECC, which includes: 1. Overseeing financial transactions related to the campaign. 2. Providing technical support for campaign operations. 3. Ensuring compliance with Indiana Code 4-13-16.5 and 25 IAC 5 regarding Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises (MWBE). 4. Proposing subcontracting opportunities through certified M/W/IVOSB firms, with detailed descriptions of their contributions to the project. 5. Completing a Subcontractor Commitment Form detailing subcontractor services, costs, and deliverables.

Period of Performance

The contract period will be defined in the Statement of Work, typically aligning with the annual campaign schedule.

Place of Performance

Services will primarily be performed within the State of Indiana, with potential remote support as needed.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must demonstrate certification as a Minority or Women-Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) or Indiana Veteran Owned Small Business (IVOSB) by being listed on the State of Indiana Certified M/W/IVOSB list. They must provide a commitment form along with their proposal, detailing subcontractor contributions and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
