I-SEAL 2027 Indiana Special Education Alternative License

Background

The Indiana Department of Education (IDOE) is seeking a vendor to manage the EPP programs developed for special education teachers. The goal of this contract is to ensure that tuition scholarships are paid directly to higher education programs while maintaining close collaboration with the IDOE's Office of Special Education (OSE). The contractor will be responsible for providing regular updates and data regarding enrollees, higher education programs, and contract balances.

Work Details

The contractor shall provide the following services: 1. Manage the EPP programs for special education teachers. 2. Ensure timely payment of tuition scholarships to higher education institutions. 3. Conduct monthly meetings with the DOE/OSE to report on the number of enrollees, details of higher education programs involved, and current balances under the contract. 4. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all costs incurred under this contract.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence on a specified start date and remain in effect until a specified end date, covering a duration that will be outlined in the final agreement.

Place of Performance

The services will primarily be performed within the State of Indiana, specifically as directed by the IDOE.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with specific certifications including Minority/Women Business Enterprises (M/WBE) and Indiana Veteran Owned Small Business (IVOSB) participation plans. The contractor must also maintain all necessary licenses and registrations required to perform the services outlined in this contract.
