Signed Bid Form

- Bid Bond (5% of base bid) - Contractor Affidavit and Agreement for compliance with Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act - Affidavits for lawful presence verification through the SAVE program. Performance and payment bonds (100% of contract sum) are required before construction begins.

Period of Performance

The proposals are due by July 8, 2026, and no proposal may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after submission.

Bidder Requirements
