New Permanganate Building

The work requested under this contract involves the construction of a new metal building for the Lafourche Parish Water District No. 1. The building will be used for storage and will include associated site work. The solicitation is issued by the Board of Waterworks Commissioners of Lafourche Parish Water District No. 1 (the District). This contract is for the construction of a New Permanganate Building. Sealed bids are to be submitted to the General Manager's office at the Administrative Building, 5753 Hwy 308, Lockport, LA 70374, until 2:00 P.M., July 14, 2026. Contract requirements include: Construction of a new metal storage building Completion of all associated site work Complete Bid Documents are available electronically at https://www.centralauctionhouse.com at no charge or deposit. Printed copies are not available from the Designer, but can be obtained through most reprographic firms at the bidder's expense. The Contract Documents including Advertisement for Bids, Information for Bidders, Bid, Bid Bond, Agreement, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, General Requirements, Payment Bond, Performance Bond, Notice of Award, Notice to Proceed, Change Order, Drawings, Specifications, and Addenda may be examined at the Office of Technical Assistant, Duplantis Design Group, PC, Administrative Building.
