Work Details

The contractor will provide routine and as-needed calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for various process instrumentation at the City’s wastewater treatment facilities. Specific tasks include: - Scheduled calibration and preventive maintenance of instruments such as pH analyzers, dissolved oxygen analyzers, turbidity analyzers, flow meters, and more. - Verification and adjustment of accuracy using certified standards. - Cleaning sensors and probes, replacing consumables like membranes and reagents. - On-call corrective maintenance including diagnosis of malfunctions and repair or replacement of defective components. - Documentation of service events including calibration results and recommendations for follow-up actions. - Providing technical support and training for facility staff on proper operation and maintenance procedures.

Period of Performance

The services may be requested for a period of up to five years from the contract start date.

Services will be performed at the City’s wastewater treatment facilities located in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Bidder Requirements
