Printed Math Materials to Complement Existing Digital Resources for Elevation Station

Background

The Wake County Public School System (WCPSS) is the largest school district in North Carolina and the 15th largest in the United States, serving approximately 161,000 students across 203 schools. The district aims to enhance its educational resources by procuring printed copies of Elevation Station Math Games to complement existing digital materials, specifically targeting schools with TSI/CSI designations.

Work Details

The contract requires the provision of 5 printed copies of Elevation Station Math Games designed to supplement K-8 digital math curriculum resources. Each set includes 135 hands-on games aimed at building procedural fluency from conceptual understanding, supporting language development, and encouraging strategic thinking. Each game will contain questions for teachers to elicit student thinking about math content and game strategy. All applicable shipping charges must be included in the quote, which must be firm through June 30, 2027 for additional future orders.

Period of Performance

The initial contract term is for one year, with the possibility of extending for two additional one-year terms at WCPSS's discretion.

Place of Performance

Products will be delivered to Wake County Public Schools Central Receiving Department located at 1551 Rock Quarry Road, Building F, Raleigh, NC 27610.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with all requirements specified in the solicitation document. They are required to provide a signed execution page, completed Attachments A & B, a cost proposal, and references. Additionally, bidders must not be debarred from doing business with the State of North Carolina or Federal Government and must conduct sexual offender registry checks on employees who will engage in services on school property.
