Background

The North Carolina Department of Administration is issuing a solicitation for the construction of Parking Deck Repairs (Phase 1) as part of their ongoing efforts to maintain state facilities. Work Details

The project includes the following tasks: - Floor and overhead concrete spall repairs - Corbel repairs - Replacement of bearing pads - Cleaning and painting steel - Double tee stem repairs - Replacing joint sealants - Installation of traffic coating.
