Annual Requirements Contract for Waterborne Traffic Paint

The Clark County Department of Aviation (CCDOA) is requesting bids for the supply of Waterborne Traffic Paint to be used at Harry Reid International Airport. The selected supplier will be responsible for providing waterborne paint specifically intended for application on runways, taxiways, and ramp areas at the airport. This solicitation is issued by the Clark County Department of Aviation, Procurement & Contracts division, under Bid Number 27-100143. This contract is an annual requirements agreement, meaning the supplier will provide waterborne traffic paint as needed throughout the contract period to support airport operations. Contract requirements include: Supplying waterborne paint suitable for use on airport runways, taxiways, and ramp areas. Ensuring all products meet the specifications outlined in the bid documents. Instructions for submission: Potential bidders must register as a Supplier on the NGEM System by completing the Supplier Registration form. Registration and use of the NGEM System are free of charge. Once registered, suppliers can view bid documents by selecting the project from the Current Bid Opportunities list. You must be logged in to your NGEM account to access solicitation information and associated documents. Registered suppliers will receive email notifications about bid opportunities and any updates or addenda related to the project. All electronic bid proposals must be submitted through the NGEM System. While bid documents can be printed for reference, only electronic submissions via NGEM will be accepted.
