Work Details

The selected firm will provide comprehensive executive search and recruitment services for leadership positions within the City. Services include: 1. Recruitment Strategy and Position Assessment: Meet with City representatives to assess needs, analyze position descriptions, and develop customized recruitment strategies. 2. Position Profile Development: Assist in job description creation, prepare candidate profiles, and recommend compensation strategies. 3. Candidate Outreach and Recruitment: Conduct targeted recruitment efforts using various platforms and promote diversity throughout the process. 4. Applicant Screening and Evaluation: Review applications, verify qualifications, conduct interviews, and prepare candidate evaluations. 5. Background and Reference Verification: Conduct reference checks and background investigations as authorized by the City. 6. Candidate Presentation: Present a shortlist of qualified candidates along with their profiles and evaluation results. 7. Interview and Selection Assistance: Coordinate interviews, develop evaluation tools, and facilitate selection processes. 8. Offer and Negotiation Support: Assist in preparing employment offers and negotiations with selected candidates. 9. Recruitment Reporting and Communication: Provide regular status reports on the recruitment process.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon award and will continue until the completion of the recruitment assignments as specified by the City.
