Livingston Parish Lower Amite River Dredging Project

Scope of Work Requested

Livingston Parish Government is seeking qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering services for the Lower Amite River Dredging Project in Livingston Parish. The selected firm will be responsible for all engineering tasks associated with the dredging project, as outlined in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) information packet. The engineering fee for this contract will be negotiated.

Background

This project is governed by the requirements of the Housing and Urban Development, Louisiana Office of Community Development, Federal Code of Regulations (2CRF200), the State of Louisiana, and Livingston Parish standards. The selection process and procedures will adhere to all applicable regulations and standards.

Contract Requirements

- All engineering firms must be registered with the Louisiana State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, in accordance with LA RS 37:689. - A current Certificate(s) of Registration must be attached to each Statement of Qualification. - Firms not registered and in good standing with the Board will have their qualifications statement rejected.

Submission Instructions

Interested firms should obtain the RFQ information packet from the Livingston Parish Government Grants Department. All responses must be prepared in accordance with the selection criteria and scope of services detailed in the packet. Submissions will be evaluated by a selection committee based on the criteria and work references provided. The contract will be awarded to the respondent receiving the highest recommendation and points.
