Background

This contract is part of the Phase II additions and renovations to the Exhibit Hall at the Marty Stuart Congress of Country Music. The project is located at 308 Main Street, Philadelphia, Mississippi 39350.

Contract Requirements

- The contract will be awarded between the Owner and the successful Contractor. - The package must include all required bonds and taxes in accordance with the contract documents and the State of Mississippi.

Instructions on Submission

- Sealed bids must be received by 2:00 p.m. CST, Tuesday, July 14th, 2026. - Bids are to be delivered to the Neshoba County Board of Supervisors Board Room, 401 E. Beacon Street, Suite 201, Philadelphia, Mississippi 39350. - A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site on Wednesday, July 1st, 2026 at 10:00 AM CST. - Electronic contract documents are available free of charge from the Exhibit Coordinator or Construction Manager.
