Purchase of MJS Adapter

Background

The Gwinnett County Department of Financial Services is issuing a solicitation for the purchase of MJS adapters to support the operations of the Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources. The goal is to procure high-quality adapters that meet specific requirements for water management systems.

Work Details

The contract involves the purchase of the following items: 1. 48” L301 Bell X MJS Adapter - Quantity: 1, Unit Price: $3 (gasket & diaper included) or approved equivalent. 2. 48” L301 Spigot X MJS Adapter - Quantity: 2, Unit Price: $3 (gasket & diaper included) or approved equivalent. All unit prices must include all charges, including supply and delivery. Approved equivalents are acceptable, but specifications must be included with the submittal. Gwinnett County will determine if a product meets minimum specifications.

Period of Performance

Quotes should be received by June 15, 2026. The delivery of products is expected to occur after this date, with specific timelines to be agreed upon in the contract.

Place of Performance

Delivery is to be made FOB destination, prepaid and allowed to the Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources – Central Facility located at 684 Winder Hwy, Lawrenceville, GA 30054.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must not be on the Gwinnett County ineligible source list and must comply with all local regulations. Vendors are required to provide proof of compliance with state laws regarding worker verification for contracts exceeding $2,499.99.
