Bidder Requirements

Vendors must comply with specific product standards as outlined in the solicitation documents. No bid bond or security is required; however, insurance is mandated as per Appendix B - General Rev Jul 2025. Vendors are also required to submit a completed Wage Theft Affidavit with their bid response.
