Background

The New Jersey Department of Corrections is seeking bids for the Mates Inn Fire Alarm Replacement project, located at the Central Office Administration Building in Trenton, Mercer County, NJ. The goal of this contract is to replace the existing fire alarm system to ensure safety and compliance with current standards.

Work Details

The project involves a single bid (lump sum all trades) for the replacement of the fire alarm system. Bidders must be classified with DPMC in either Electrical (C047) or Fire Alarm/Signal Systems (C049). The estimated cost of construction (CCE) is $172,210. Bidders are required to list all necessary DPMC Classified subcontractors; failure to do so will render the bid non-responsive. All bids must be submitted electronically via Bid Express.
