Background

Auburn University (AU) is seeking to contract with a service provider capable of providing Periodic Reviews for the Army Environmental Cleanup Program. This initiative aims to ensure effective environmental restoration at Fort Knox and Fort Campbell in Kentucky.

Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for conducting Periodic Reviews which include technical evaluations, analyses, and recommendations related to the Army Environmental Cleanup Program. The services will specifically pertain to sites located at Fort Knox and Fort Campbell, KY. The contractor must provide comprehensive environmental services including management, impact assessment, planning, advisory services, auditing, reporting, protection, safety services, and rehabilitation as outlined in the commodity codes.

Period of Performance

The contract is expected to commence on June 10, 2026, with proposals due by June 24, 2026.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at Fort Knox and Fort Campbell in Kentucky.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with Alabama state laws regarding sales tax registration and must not be debarred or suspended as defined by federal regulations. The contractor should also make efforts to utilize Small Business and Small Disadvantaged Business (SB & SDB) suppliers if subcontracting is necessary.
