Background

The City of Duluth, Minnesota, is issuing this contract for the Norton Road Site 1 Culvert Replacement Project. Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with several requirements including: 1. Proof of Public Liability and Automobile Liability Insurance with limits not less than $1,500,000. 2. Performance and payment bonds in full amount prior to award. 3. A Project Labor Agreement (PLA) is required for bids over $150,000. 4. Compliance with prevailing wage laws as outlined in the contract documents. 5. Contractors must complete Responsible Contractor Form A-2 and submit it whenever additional subcontractors are added.
