Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for executing and improving the existing process for annual rate reviews and updates, ensuring that service rates accurately reflect costs and capital planning requirements. Key tasks include: 1. Incorporating customer input into the rate review process. 2. Integrating rate tracking, reporting, review, and update processes into OTIS’ IT Business Management systems. 3. Supporting the OTIS Finance team with invoicing, billing, budgeting, and rate implementation. 4. Conducting annual market comparisons of existing rates to ensure competitiveness. 5. Providing resources with expertise in technical consulting, business analysis, accounting, and finance to meet OTIS’ objectives. 6. Ensuring compliance with data security policies as per state standards.

Period of Performance

The estimated contract period is from August 11, 2026, to August 10, 2031. The initial term will be three years with two optional one-year renewal terms.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed in South Carolina as required by the Department of Administration.
