Work Details

The contractor will provide bottled soft drinks as specified, including: - Brand: Coca Cola - Packaging: 12 oz. plastic bottles (no glass); 24 bottles per case - Estimated total quantity: 5,700 cases - Delivery: Items are to be called for as needed by the agency; no deliveries until called for. Minimum order quantity is one unit, with orders placed in lots of 5 cases. The requested flavors and estimated quantities per shipment include: - Coca Cola Classic – 40 cases - Diet Coke - 10 cases - Coke Zero - 10 cases - Dr. Pepper - 20 cases - Diet Dr. Pepper - 10 cases - Sprite - 20 cases - Barq's Root Beer - 5 cases Delivery timeframe is within two days after receipt of order (ARO). Unit price must include any freight charges.

Period of Performance

The initial period of performance is from July 1, 2026, or date of award, whichever is later, and will end on June 30, 2027. The contract may be renewed for two additional twelve-month periods at the same prices, with a total contract duration not exceeding thirty-six months.

Place of Performance

The products will be delivered to the Louisiana State Penitentiary located at 17544 Tunica Trace - Hwy 66, Angola, LA 70712.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be registered in the LaGov system to submit an online bid and must include a W-9 form if newly registered. They must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations regarding procurement and must not have been suspended or debarred by the General Services Administration (GSA). Additionally, bidders must certify compliance with civil rights laws and agree not to discriminate in employment practices.
